Keap Nursing Wear Delivery Policy
After ordering online, if you have used eWAY, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address) or if you have used PayPal, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within one working day of ordering.
Australia Post Delivery
We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within one working day of receiving your order and then delivery by Australia post will be within 10 working days for regular post and within 5 working days for express post; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Once your goods have been posted we will send a confirmation email with the Australia Post Tracking number within one working day.
Coolalinga Markets Pick Up
To be able to use this option your order must be in before 9pm CST Friday. If you have chosen the Coolalinga Markets, Darwin, NT Pick up option, your goods will be available at our Keap Nursing Wear stall on the Saturday after the order was placed between 8am - 1pm. In the event of unforseen circumstances that Keap Nursing Wear is not available at the Coolalinga Markets, Darwin, NT that particular Saturday then we will advise either via phone or email to arrange an alternative drop off. In the event of unforseen circumstances that you are unable to make the Coolalinga Markets, Darwin. NT on that particular Saturday please advise Keap Nursing Wear via either phone 0427 830 501 or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to arrange an alternative pick up.
Drop Off/Pick Up
If you have chosen the Drop off/Pick up option, this option is only available for residents within a 60km radius from Coolalinga, NT. Keap Nursing Wear will be in contact with you within one working day either via phone or email to arrange to either drop off your goods to a place with a date and time that is suitable for both yourself and Keap Nursing Wear or for you to pick up your goods at either Keap Nursing Wear's address in Coolalinga, NT or arrange a mutual place with a day and time that is suitable for both yourself and Keap Nursing Wear.

Keap Nursing Wear Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill in our contact us form on our website www.keapnursingwear.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & amp; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Keap Nursing Wear will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
